We are currently in the process of updating our service software. The only way in which this will impact you, is that you will temporarily be unable to use your customer portal login from our website to place either a service call, a consumable order or submit meter reads. Should you require to do any of these things, it would be much appreciated during the interim you email your request to: service@cbm.net.au and provide the following minimum information as mentioned below:
Machine Model: eg C458
Serial Number (if known or the machine location):
Issue: (maybe service call or consumable order)
Or alternatively, please call the office on 02 6361 8217 so that you request may be submitted over the phone.
